How do I book an appointment?

Booking is so easy! There are a few different options:

1.) Book online by clicking here to request an appointment. We will contact you right away to discuss details and preferences. After confirming your details, we will send you an intake form via SMS
2.) Call/ Text Aleesi, Owner at (808) 280-6947 It's way more personal than online booking!
3.) Email us at LuxuryMassageMaui@gmail.com with this information:

Your full Names
Couples, Solo or Group
Preferred date and time.
60 or 90 minute appointment?
An address with resort complex or neighborhood name.
(include any specific wing or tower name with your suite number, and any helpful information to make it easy to find your unit)

Question 2

Do you need a deposit to hold our appointment time?

Accepted Answer

No “credit card hold” or “deposit” is necessary to schedule and cancel anytime with no fees!

Is there a Cancellation Policy?

Accepted Answer

We have a strict “no stress” policy! Which means, cancel at any time with no stress and no charges! However, we do ask for at least 24 hours' notice prior to canceling or rescheduling.

Question 5

Is the set up time or consult time counted as part of the hour? Im on vacation and don’t want the Therapist to make me feel rushed to get to get in and get out in under an hour

Absolutely not! Your relaxation is our primary focus and bonding with our clients is very important to us. We intentionally take a little time, while setting up, to chat on a personal level, never rushing our conversations. We don’t start timing until your actual massage starts and you always receive a FULL hour (not 55 minutes). After your session, while we pack up, you're encouraged to relax together in the robes we’ve provided for you, while sipping on another mimosa! Many clients become our friends and we stay in touch on Facebook! Add us!

What types of massage do you do?

We offer a medium pressure with deep focus in target areas, however, some of our Therapists may have specialties and training in various modalities.

Do you do massages on the beach?

Accepted Answer

We can set up right by the beach, at the vegetation line, if you have a private oceanfront rental, however, Hawaii state law prohibits commercial business on our beaches

Please note** this is contingent on weather and Hawaii laws. In many cases, if it’s not a private home, approval may be needed from the property manager. It’s really just case by case. Oceanfront walk out patios are best

Please note** Outdoor set-ups are an additional $50. 
(Does not apply to balcony/lanai massages)

Question 8

I feel a little uncomfortable booking with someone I’ve never met before. Can I actually speak with my Therapist before I schedule?

Of course! We want you to feel comfortable with who you are inviting into your personal space, so we give you direct access to speak with your therapist by personal text or with a phone conversation.

Will you arrive before our scheduled appointment time to set up?

Accepted Answer

No, we won’t surprise you with early arrival. Your appointment time is our arrival time (assuming there are no issues on our route) It takes us about 15 minutes to set up, have a casual consult, then start your hour massage after we are all settled in

How much advance notice do you need and how far out can we schedule?

Typically, we only need a day or two notice to accommodate and we can schedule up to a year in advance!

Can I surprise my Sweetheart with our massages?

How fun! Yes! Just let us know what your vision is, and we do our best to make it happen! Surprises require non-refundable $100 depositAdditionally, you can purchase a gift certificate here and designate a specific time and day you would like your gift certificate emailed to the recipient and include a personalized messageor call/text us at (808) 280-6947.Note** outdoor set-ups require additional $50

How many people can you accommodate in a day? We have a large group.

(Two simultaneous massages at a time, four couples in a day, and one facial at a time)

Yes, you can request male or female Therapists!

How can I purchase a couples massage as a gift for someone visiting Maui?

What a lovely gift! Yes, you can click here to purchase a gift certificate for them. Fill out their information, decide on a date you want the digital gift certificate emailed to them (don't worry it won't be sent sooner than the date you select) They can mention the gift certificate when they schedule their appointment through our website! Super easy!

Can we do our massages at the same time but in separate rooms?

Sure, we want you to be comfortable and ask that you let us know your preferences before the appointment, so we know how to set up massage and facial equipment.

I don’t want to talk during my massage

We follow your lead. We are silent during your relaxation time but if you initiate conversation, we are here to listen! Just be sure to communicate, at anytime, if you need anything adjusted (pressure, temperature, or even a sip of champagne!)

How long have you been in business?

I am (Aleesi) the Owner of Luxury Massage Maui. I have been licensed and practicing massage therapy for 31 years. Previously the Owner/Founder of Northern Virginia Massage & Spa in the Washington DC metro area. Prior to opening my own spa, I was a Licensed Massage Therapist for the Ritz Carlton Tysons Corner and Elizabeth Arden Red Door Salon. Additionally, I did contract work for a New York Massage Therapy Booking Agency, working backstage for multiple large concert venues in Washington DC, with high profile music performers such as Usher, Alice In Chains, Tool, Styx etc. Additionally, I am a licensed EMT Emergency Medical Technician.

What do I wear?

Your privacy is never compromised. You disrobe to your comfort level. We step out while you get settled under your sheet. You will be draped at all times and modestly undraped in sections.

Do you travel to Hana or West Maui (Lahaina)

Absolutely! However, all East and West Side appointments require 90min minimum (due to the fact that it is a 60-90 minute drive for our Therapists)
